When you open Windows Help and Support and try
to use its search feature, you may receive the
following error:
Internet Explorer cannot download / from
Help.
Internet Explorer was not able to open this
Internet site. The requested site is either
unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again
later.
This happens because the Content Type registry
setting for .xml file types wrong. To correct
this issue, follow the instructions outlined
below:
Open a Command Prompt window (Click Start,
select All Programs, select Accessories,
right-click Command Prompt, and then select "Run
as administrator".)
At the Command Prompt window, type in the
following:
regsvr32 msxml3.dll [Press Enter]
