By default, Windows Vista has the Windows Explorer files
located in the Documents folder. If you would like
Windows Explorer to reside in a different location,
here's how:

Copy the Windows Explorer shortcut and place it
on your desktop (Start menu>> Accessories).

Right click the shortcut and select Properties.

Click the Shortcut tab.

Change the "Target:" text box to your location
of choice.
-
Click OK when finished.
